1: Principles
1) Provide products that meet design standards and meet quality standards in strict accordance with contract requirements.
2) Strictly inspect and control the incoming quality of raw materials and supporting equipment.
3) Ensure that the provided equipment has complete processing technology and complete testing methods. The product will never leave the factory with defects.
4) Take full responsibility for issues related to the supply, quality, equipment performance, technical interfaces, services, etc. of subcontractors. The key component subcontractors specified in the contract meet the relevant qualification requirements and are recognized by the purchaser.
5) Timely report the quality star defects that occur during the equipment manufacturing process to the purchaser and supervision representative, and do not conceal them. If the equipment defect exceeds the standard specified in the contract, we will replace it unconditionally. During the installation and trial operation process, if there are quality issues with the equipment, they should be addressed first, and then responsibilities should be clarified to meet the needs of the project schedule.

2: Measures
Pre sales service: Conduct product introduction, technical disclosure, and quality assurance before ordering products. In sales service:
1) During the product use process, the factory regularly organizes technical and quality inspection service personnel to conduct user visits and solicit feedback from users on product quality, usage status, and improvement suggestions, in order to further improve product quality.
2) Strictly following the ISO9001 quality management system, process control is carried out from the procurement of raw materials, outsourcing of supporting parts, manufacturing, testing, assembly, coating and other processes, and each unit is checked layer by layer and interconnected. Relying on advanced production processes and a sound processing system as guarantees, the company deepens the corporate philosophy of "high product quality, satisfying users".

after-sale service:
1) Respond immediately to user complaints about quality issues.
2) For after-sales service, users are required to fill out the quality of the service, feedback information form, and provide appraisal opinions in order to improve our service work.
3) The after-sales service department shall establish a "after-sales service tracking information" (i.e. "user profile") to record the equipment delivery time, equipment usage, contact information, and records of previous after-sales services. Regular tracking and follow-up shall be conducted.
