Pneumatic triplet is the most common accessories in pneumatic valves, its role can be simply summarized as: filtration (F)+ decompression (R)+ oil mist (L). The pressure reducing valve is a must accessory, no matter what function of the pneumatic valve must be configured, its role is to give the pneumatic valve a standard power source pressure, the standard value is 0.4-0.7MPa.
1.Air filter: Used to clean the air source, can filter the water in the compressed air, avoid the water with the gas into the device.
2.Pressure reducing valve: It can regulate the pressure of the air source, so that the air source is in a constant state, which can reduce the damage to the valve or actuator and other hardware when the air pressure changes. The filter is used to clean the air source. It can filter the water in the compressed air and avoid the water entering the device with the gas.
3.Oil mist: can lubricate the moving parts of the body, can lubricate the parts that are not convenient to add lubricating oil, and greatly extend the service life of the body.
a.Filter drainage has pressure difference drainage and manual drainage two ways. Manual drainage must be discharged before the water level reaches the level below injection molding.
b.Pressure regulation, before turning the knob, please pull up and then rotate, press down the rotary knob for positioning. Turn the button to the right to increase the outlet pressure, turn the button to the left to reduce the outlet pressure. Adjust the pressure should be gradually and evenly adjusted to the required pressure value, should not be adjusted in place one step.
c、The oil feeder uses JIS K2213 oil (ISO Vg32 or equivalent oil). Please do not exceed the cup eight times full. The number 0 is the least oil and 9 is the most oil. Do not rotate from position 9-0, rotate clockwise
