First, product overview
All-weather (fire resistance breathing valve is installed in crude oil, gas oil, kerosene, light diesel oil, aromatics and other fixed top type storage tank on the main safety equipment, to ensure that the tank is not broken in the overpressure or vacuum, reduce the loss of medium volatilization, prevent the effect of external flame.
When the material is injected into the tank, the pressure in the tank increases gradually. When the positive pressure valve disc is set, the positive pressure valve disc automatically opens to discharge gas and maintain the balance of the tank pressure; On the contrary, when the material is extracted from the tank, the pressure in the tank decreases gradually, and the vacuum value reaches the set value of the negative pressure valve disc, the negative pressure valve disc automatically opens, inhales gas, and maintains the pressure balance of the tank.
Second, product characteristics
1. The valve disc and valve seal ring are made of stainless steel, polytetrafluoroethylene or PPL material, with low temperature resistance and anti-freezing performance.
2. Ventilation device installed on the fixed top tank to reduce the evaporation consumption of oil products.
3. It can automatically adjust the internal and external pressure of the oil storage tank.

7. After 72 hours of continuous operation at room temperature of 36 degrees and 10000 times of operation, the contact surface of valve disc and guide rod has no signs of wear and collision, and the guide rod has sensitive lifting and lifting without stuck phenomenon.
