First、Product overview
Tetrafluoroexpansion joint is mainly for corrosion prevention, mainly used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries of pipeline system compensation, and anticorrosive effect. Through special processing method, it changes the characteristic that the pipe can not be wound before, and can withstand various concentrations of acid, alkali and salt. It can be used to connect the graphite, ceramic glass pipe of the machinery is low, can be used to misplace the pipe connection or to balance the pipe displacement and size change caused by climate or other reasons, or to eliminate the vibration of high frequency machinery.
Second、Appearance requirement
The surface of the bellows should be smooth and smooth, uniform color, no warping and whitening phenomenon, no scratches, cracks and poor plasticization and other defects. A small amount of dents and impressions produced by pressing are allowed. The depth of the sag and the height of the bulge should be less than 0.5mm, and the area of the sag and imprint should not be greater than 5% of the total surface area.
Third、Inspection and detection
Make the detection probe vertically along the surface of the PTFE layer with a speed of less than 100mm/s, in order not to produce white sparks as qualified. The test should be carried out after the pressure test.
