In the actual production of chemical industry, it is often necessary to sample and analyze the samples produced. The traditional sampling method of storage tank is backward and there are unsafe behaviors, resulting in accidents. The new device effectively solves the problems encountered in the sampling process:
1. When sampling, avoid looking directly into the inside of the tank to prevent gas from rushing out and causing harm to people.
2. Sampling can be realized by opening and closing the ball valve installed at the lower port of the device, and the upper port by arranging the air intake device
3. Connected with the tail pipe, discharge the tank pressure, release the harmful gas of the tank, and then observe through the sight glass, and carry out sampling operation after safety.
4. Lift the sampling bottle slowly through the hand structure. After lifting to the safe height, close the ball valve at the lower end of the device and pull out the upper end of the sampling bottle with tools to effectively prevent the accident of high temperature and harmful gas in the storage tank.
